Comment by Kerri Casey on August 13, 2010 at 7:23pm: Greetings fellow writers. Being a mom of an active toddler takes up most of my time, but any spare moment I find I try to devote to writing. I am extremely varied in my interests, ranging from essays to poems to fiction. I plan to take a course in journalism in order to expand my efforts into this genre, and ease myself into getting publishing credits.
Do any of you attend readings or critique groups in the area? If so what are they like and when/where are they held?
