Is now the time to invest in real estate in Murphy?

I just read an excellent article on John Poltrock's blog: Real Estate - the Land of Opportunity in Murphy, North Carolina

I think John makes an excellent point. The time to buy is when others are seriously motivated to sell, and when there are real bargains available.
