Homeowners Insurance-- Reasonable rates?

Hello All,
My husband and I are building a cabin in Murphy, on the outskirts, way over by Tennessee, and 4 miles North of the Georgia line, and we are looking for Homeowners insurance that is reasonably priced. Anybody know of who to go to? Or who to stay away from? Is the power expensive up there? We have Blue Ridge Power or something like that. We will also have gas stove, and gas hot water heat. Any good advice for new peeps in the hood? Connie
