- My husband and I moved here fulltime in 2006 (part time for a year before that) to build a Christian-oriented family fun park that also includes 2 cabins & RV sites. We've done most of the work ourselves using our own milled wood, so it wasn't an overnight deal and we would never have opened without several miracles from God for which we are truly grateful. We've had one full season & look forward to opening in March.
My husband and I moved here fulltime in 2006 (part time for a year before that) to build a Christian-oriented family fun park that also includes 2 cabins & RV sites. We've done most of the work ourselves using our own milled wood, so it wasn't an overnight deal and we would never have opened without several miracles from God for which we are truly grateful.
We are into our second season now and are excited about our return customers, more group reservations, and our new customers. The tourists are sometimes unsure as they drive through our winding rural area just what to expect, but when they get here and have a great time, they always say how much they like our natural, rustic theme and how beautiful it is out here. We hope our local community will continue "discovering" us out here in the country where families can have a great, affordable time without having to drive to Chattanooga or Franklin or Young Harris to have a party or a fun day.
