I see in the Cherokee Scout that the fire tower on Panther Top will be open to the public Nov 5th and 6th for fall leaf viewing. Will you be taking your camera up there? If you do, we`d LOVE to see the results!

Hi Dena...........you will never guess what happened to the house in Gatlinburg. The pipes burst X-mas Eve and the house flooded. To make a long story short we got all new carpeting tyhru-out and new ceilings and a couple new walls. They just finished this week. Our realtor thinks it will help with the sale because now there is NEW beige carpeting instead of that ugly OLD green. How's the shop in town doing? I'll bet you're excited with it all.

I sent you an e-mail just this morning to the e-mail you suggested and that came back as undeliverable. Well, if you wish to use the Gatlinburg house please do. You will have to turn the water on at the bottom of the driveway though. There is a T bar at the hot tub to do that. Also, we turned off the hot water so just flip the switch on in the breaker box. It is on the side of the house near the back. Otherwise, everything else is fine. Oh, bring fire wood because we have no more wood there. We will be there for Thanksgiving week so it is empty 'till then. Be my guest. just let me know when you will be there and I'll let my agent know.

Dena, I've been enjoying some of the photos you've been posting on Facebook. I especially liked the one of the little baby lying on the blanket with her head in her hands.

Hi Dena..........yes, it's me, Carol. I have come to the conclusion that our property will take more than 3 months to sell everything so I'm in the waiting stage. But, it will happen eventually and we will be on our way to Murphy to live happily ever-after. The past three days were so chilly here in the mornings and only in the lower 60's that I pretended it was fall and I was in those beautiful mountains instead of being stuck here on the ocean. Anyway, how are things your way? We are going up to the house in Gatlinburg for Memorial weekend and will be taking a ride over to Murphy for a day trip. We want to show oour friends who are coming with us what Murphy looks like because they are thinking ab out moving out there with us. I"ll give you a call if we get to Murphy. Take care.
