Thanks, John. We hope to close within a few weeks and be up there for a few weeks. If Yankees who come down seasonally are called snowbirds, what are we Floridians who come up "north" to Murphy called? Flamingos? :-)

I don't think I've ever heard a slang term for native Floridians who move up north to our fair town. Flamingos is a good suggestion.
