Hi Carol,

My husband & I have been looking at all parts of NC. We originally were looking into the Wilmington area, as Mike is an actor and thought that would be a great place to get back into theater. I love the beach and after spending so many years in the mountains, thought I had had enough of the white stuff, but Mike has never really spent time in the snow, so we are looking at the mountains. I have asked him to promise me that he will take me to the beach at every chance. This is how we have decided upon Murphy. It is small and we can possible be secluded in the woods, yet close to things that we might need. The area looks nice and inviting.

Good morning, Lee and Carol.

Welcome to our friendly little online community for people interested in Murphy, NC.

So, Carol, is it really true that you drink a quart of Pond Scum every day? (grin) It was looking pretty good, until I learned that there was kale in it, but, if you enjoy it, that's all that matters.

If there is anything I can do to help you get more from Murphy Connections, please let me know.

All the best,

JD
