2010 Updates

Wow, I did not realize that it had been so long since I posted anything here, shame on me. Life does have a way of getting us off balance and onto other things which take priority, but that is no excuse for my absence. While I have been away from this site, I have been involved in many other aspects of life.

I am now the Assistant Director and stock holder for a Private Investigations Corp. In fact at this time I am in the process of developing and writing a training manual for us. This will be a standard manual to be used for all the branches in the US. We are planning to open one in each state, so we have some very big plans. These plans are actually falling into place as we already have prospects in a few other states, who wish to be a part of us. It looks like all this will come into play and be up and running in no time. My husband has now been voted onto the Board of Directors as our Publications Director. This is all an exciting and thrilling time for us.

Naturally the NC branch will not be up, until we get the farm sold over here and we have gotten moved to Murphy, but at least the other branches will be in place and ready to operate when we get all finalized.

I am so looking forward to not only this venture but the Murphy area too. We have been getting information regarding the things happening around the area and the weather and all those little things that make Murphy a special place. We feel as if we are a part of the community family already, so I know when we get there in person it will only get better.

My husband is keeping busy writing content for websites, so the puzzle pieces are truly falling into place. My daughter and her family have now gotten moved to Louisiana. He is in the military and was transferred there for at least two years, their next move might very well be overseas, which for now I am glad that it is not. I will be able to be closer to them and the grandchildren once we are in Murphy.

My cousin has met someone that is showing her the attention she deserves at long last. She and I are more like sisters rather than cousins, so I am very excited for her. She will be making trips up to visit us, once we get there, so our home will always be filled with warmth, love, peace and happiness.

They always say that good things happen to those who wait and I know that we are a great example of this. Who ever thought that at the age of 59 I would be a major decision maker and Private Investigator. I had given up on the idea a long time ago, but always tried to pursue the idea and now it's happening for real. Life does not get much better than this.
