JCC Fall Festival '09

Managed to get to the Fall Festival this year! So glad we got there at 10:00...there was a lot of traffic already! Wouldn't be surprised if JCC Folk School had a record breaking attendance this year! We left at 12:30 and the line of cars waiting to get in was LLLLLOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG. Anyways, great stuff this year! I saw some of the usual vendors, which is always a pleasure, but also got to see some new things. One woman, from Blairsville, makes jewelry from recycled materials such as magazines and coffee filters! Very attractive jewelry and affordable. The weather was perfect with sunshine and mild temperatures. Was able to enjoy a bit of the clogging going on in the barn...standing room only. Went out to lunch at Chevelle's afterward...not many people. I think they were all at the festival! As always, a wonderful time and great way to spend a few hours on a Saturday (or Sunday). Looking forward to next year!
